RELATIONSHIP REWARDS DISCLOSURES
Reward debit card linked to an Eligible Account required to participate and earn under the Rewards Program. Debit card purchases must be made using a rewards debit card to qualify for uChoose Rewards for Debit Card Purchases. Other restrictions apply; see terms and conditions for details. Current earning rate is 1 reward point for every $2 spent. Joint owners and authorized signers who are debit card cardholders of an Eligible Account will separately earn rewards based on the qualifying net purchases made with their respective debit card.
Relationship Rewards are determined using the combined average daily balances of eligible deposit, loan and mortgage account(s) held under the same primary account holder for the previous month. First bonus points will be applied in December 2025 for qualifying relationships in November 2025. All accounts must be in good standing as of the last day of the month to qualify. Other qualifications and restrictions apply. See tier chart for details on earning rates and tiers. For Consumer Accounts, Relationship Rewards Points are provided to the primary owner or borrower, who must also be the primary owner of the Rewards Checking Account. For business and trust accounts, Relationship Rewards Points are split between authorized signers/trustees who are rewards debit card cardholders of the Reward Checking Account.
