Yes, within the UChoose portal. There you will find information on earning additional bonus points beyond your normal points for purchases, guidance for redeeming points and additional FAQs.
If the primary cardholder activates the card rewards and the joint card holder does not, do both card holders accumulate points as they spend?
Yes! Registration is required to redeem points and to access bonus points offers from merchants.
Do my points expire?
Points expire 3 years after you earn them. There is a warning
for expired points on the site when you get within 60 days of expiration.
When redeeming points, can I have the item sent somewhere besides the address Beginnings Credit Union has?
No, you cannot change the shipping address for a redemption from the address on file. This is to protect you against fraudulent use of your points. If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact Beginnings Credit Union to adjust it.
This applies to your email address as well.
What happens to my points if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued,
points will automatically be transferred to the new card. Once you receive your
new card, you will need to re-register your new card within UChoose.
Do my rewards points show up immediately?
It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your
account.
