Set-up Account Alerts

Be proactive with your financial management and utilize Alerts on your accounts.

Alert Types

Balance Alerts

  • Receive low or high balance alerts to thresholds you set
  • Get daily balances delivered at a time that's convenient for you

Transaction Alerts

  • Know when a debit or credit card transaction has been made. Set it to alert you to a specific amount or when your set thresholds are met.
  • Be alerted when a transaction has a specific description
  • Know when a deposit occurs or a check posts
  • Know when a transfer is canceled, failed to process, is processing, is scheduled, or succeeded

Account Alerts

  • Get loan payment reminders
  • Receive Certificate maturity notices

Profile/Security Alerts

  • Know when a contact is added, deleted, or updated on your accounts
  • Know when a password attempt was unsuccessful
  • Know when you receive a new secure message

Set-up Directions

Set-up and manage your alerts

  • Login to Digital Banking
  • Click on the three horizontal bars at the top right of the screen
  • Click on 'Alert Settings'

 

Update your preferred mobile number to receive text alerts

  • Login to Digital Banking
  • Click on the three horizontal bars at the top right of the screen
  • Click on 'Profile' and 'Register Phone Number'
